Jamie A Tilly Collectibles. Beautifully dressed in a Victorian Outfit and comes with a certificate of authenticity (number 218 of 1000), a letter of Introduction and a display stand. The bear still has the swing tag with the bears story and is holding a bear of it's own. The only minor flaw I can find is some small spots on the back of the cape. Please see close up picture.
