Signed at lower right but I can't quite make out the name

I think this all makes the piece even better

Old Foil Decorated Folk Art St. Elizabeth Icon, Under Glass with Wooden Back carving It's a good week whenA very folky old St. Elizabeth icon, with cutout engraving decorated with collaged bits of gold, copper, and blue foil, all housed under glass and backed with wood. I'm not entirely sure what that dense cluster of gold foil at the feet of Elizebeth is obscuring, but looks like divine flames licking her feet to me! And perhaps the curious shape of the whole thing is meant to evoke the holy trinity (sort of in the form of a triquetra?) I believe this
