8 1/8 x 7 and in good antique condition

Perhaps made long ago as a present for its inhabitants

I believe these date to the 1960s or so

which would clasp the pinback

(And it will hold in the "up" position when stood on end.) I love a tower whimsy, and a modular sculpture, and this feels to me like the Sol Lewitt of whimsies! 7 1 4" t x approx 1 1 4" x 1 1 4". Excellent condition, beautifully executed, mid 20th century I presume.
