Surplused in the 1980s from Eastern Europe; very few examples of these Original Transit Chests were ever found. This example painted dark green has the correct hidden catches and a hard to read Code and 1940 date in the wood under one steel carry handle. Internally excellent with all compartments for Gun, spare barrel all accessories, tools etc and possibly even accommodation for "double trommel"
