This is a very nice large Belgian Pinfire revolver, made very much in the French style. It looks to be in 11mm Lefaucheux pinfire chambering, double action with a 6 round cylinder. It does not have a maker mark on it, but around the cylinder it is has an engraved banner reading THE GUARDIAN AMERICAN MODEL OF 1878.
