Industrial Vintage Wooden Mold hoodoo which I have learned isIn these parts, one finds a fair number of old industrial wooden molds. I love the silhouette and interplay of parts on this one, the contrast between finished dark wood and and black painted wood, and the dynamism of the whole thing, evoking planes, trains, machines, movement. I think it probably dates to the 1940s or so and came from a factory in Massachusetts or New Hamphire. Set it on a shelf or attach a hook to the back and hang it on the wall.
