This is a fine condition WWII production Mark 3 U. S. fighting knife, made by the desirable maker, Imperial Knife Co., and contained in an original 1943 dated M6 leather Scabbard by Viner Bros. Imperial made M3 and M4 bayonets, as well as other smaller edged weapons for the U. S. Government during WWII. This example has a soldiers name and partial number written on, but it is not enough information to ID him. This
