We have just acquired a small quantity of these lovely rear fender mud guards for the U. S. Army G519 military bicycle, as used in WWII. They all look to be from the same shipment, and some bear a label with a 1941 contract date, which would be correct for the when the G519 was officially contracted. It is very possible that they were repackaged post war in the 1950s, so we have no real way of knowing when exactly
