Good condition with a few tears and light wear as documented--see detailed photos

It's surface shows some age

very light in weight but structurally sound and sturdy on its feet

Much hammered and thrown around but all the better for it--works and looks great

I know that this antique shield was made as the escucheon for a door latch. (Now, seems like a good thing to hitch the dog leash to!)
