Bullard allegedly got into an argument with a French commissioned officer and was punished by being transferred to the service battalion of the French 170th Infantry Regiment in January 1918

4 bayonet was created to replace the current bayonet at the time in service which was the World War I vintage Pattern 1907 bayonet

with CROWN / GR on the lock plate

Many of them were seen in the Chinese Civil War and in the Korean War

This is a beautiful classic Lionhead German WWII Army Officers sword, made by the well known firm of Weyersberg Kirschbaum & Cie (WKC) Waffenfabrik, of Solingen, Germany, complete with its original steel scabbard. This example is definitely a bit different from most, being quite a bit longer than typical at 39 1 8 in overall length. It also has a scabbard that has a BLUED finish on the steel, not the black enamel
