This is a very nice "New England" Percussion Octagonal . 36 Caliber barrel hunting gun, which is definitely made in the "Kentucky Rifle" style. The barrel is 39 inches in length however it looks to have a very long breech plug, as the cap bolster is set about 3 inches forward, so the actual length is
