This is a great example of a WWII USN Navy UDT Underwater Demolition Team & Special Beach Unit demolition bag. The bag is made from waterproofed canvas, retains the carrying sling and the tie ropes. The bag was used to carry demolition materials used for clearing underwater or beach obstacles for invasion operations.
