Vines are planted to well drained hillside vineyards with rocky, chalky soil that imparts excellent minerality and finesse to the grapes. The grapes are hand picked and vinified on the same day to preserve their most delicate flavors. After a brief 24 to 36 hour maceration in temperature controlled tanks on the skins, the Pinot Noir is
