1920s-40s I would guess

the Abby Aldrich Rockefeller Folk Art Center and the Smithsonian American Art Museum

mostly against the brown on the right side--and which I feel really fall away once hung on the wall

but still holds together and shows nicely

The lattice pattern was hand painted, the shelf just the right depth, and the whole thing quite sturdy, with two hooks on the back for hanging on the wall. 16 3 4" w x 14 7 8" t x 3 7 8" d. A few scuffs and small dings and little wear and paint loss along the edges but overall good,
