Envinate, Albahra, Almansa, Castilla La Mancha, Spain Shop perseveranceThis wine is made from Garnacha Tintorera, a red juice, red fleshed varietal, a very rare thing, that gives loads of fruit and colour without the wine becoming too heavy. Produced by one of our favourite winemaking teams, Envinate, from vineyards at around 800 metres asl in Almansa, over towards the mediterranean coast. Its made with around 40% whole bunches, the rest crushed as usual, in concrete tanks to give a more fruit forward style. Appealingly
