MBS Vertical Pouch Color:Multicam (OCP) The Medical Belt System LockingThe Medical Belt System Vertical Pouch is a vest and belt mounted pouch that holds medical items such as dressings tourniquets, but is also sized to fit a plastic medicines box. Pouch mounts using MOLLE compatible Flex tab system. Pouch is lined with hook and loop to accept elastic loop modular pouch organizers. The front of the pouch has MOLLE loop sets for attaching small pouches and inserting shears. Half side unzip opening prevents loss of items.
