It is the two squirrels with black eyes and bushy tails facing each other at the top corners of this antique beaded frame that completely sold me on it--uncommon and just wonderful

This one was clearly done as one of a series by a teacher, who recorded the pattern of the weaving at upper left, as she did on a second example also listed today. 8" x 6". Good condition, c. late 19th century. A couple of tiny tears to the weaving
