I love an antique occupational photo--the whole notion of workers expert in a trade proudly posing together makes me glad--and find this an especially beautiful one

Hand-carved Art Nouveau-esque Paper Weight with Stylized Hearts drawing of man in glasses I found these together inSo lovely, and surely someone has a T in their life this was meant for. I take the carving as representing an abstracted (voluptuous Art Nouveau esque) heart, so would call this a love token, and with a nice weight to it, perfect atop a stack of papers on the desk. 4 9 16" x 1 15 16" x 1 4". Earlyish 20th century I believe, hardwood, in beautiful condition, with a thin dark gray felt covering the back.
