This is an excellent early example of the Model 1905 bayonet designed for use with the Springfield 1903 rifle. The bayonet is dated in 1911 by Rock Island Arsenal serial numbered 203971 (correct for production in 1911). Offered in overall excellent condition with a near perfect blade (parkerized shortly after WW1), complete original walnut grip panels. The M1910 scabbard has a near mint inner hard gut scabbard
