FM 5 31, Boobytraps and Landmines, explains the use of the half pound TNT block with several fuses, including how to arm and disarm them. The TNT block could be used with the delay fuse, release fuse, or pressure fuse. This 1 2 TNT block is completely empty and totally Inert. This example is in compliance per the BATF
