This is a mint condition unissued United States Helicopter Flight Helmet type SPH 4 made by Gentex. The helmet is in NOS complete condition with the liner, headset, visor, microphone, two visors (tint and clear, the clear is still wrapped in tissue paper), boom mic (wrapped in cardboard), manual, and unused ear spacers still in plastic bag. The helmet is marked as a size regular. This is a rare Vietnam era original
