Original British 1916 Dated WWI D Shaped Mess Tin Set by Simpson & Son Martini-Henry Parts The rifle was adopted asOriginal Item: One Only. Adopted in the late 1800s and used continually through the First World War, this is a great example of the British two piece "D" shaped Mess Tin. This tin is in good used condition, with most of the interior plating still intact. The exterior has unfortunately lost almost all of the original plating, and has some surface rust.
