This is an exceptionally high quality stainless steel Waffen SS Mess Hall flatware set manufactured by W. Seibel, Besteckfabrik (cutlery factory) in Mettmann, Rheinland, a known maker of German WWII cutlery. Their trademark "Four Leaf Clover" logo is on all three pieces, as well as OXYDEX ROSTFREI (Oxydex Rust Free). The blade of the knife is made from a separate piece, and has an additional clover trademark
