This is a 1939 dated tailor made Patrol Jacket or Pelz with dark blue wool shell with black piping and cuffs and three toggle buttons on each side of the front. Single breasted with black lamb's wool collar. Quilted black satin lining to the interior. Madrid tailor label in neck and tailor's name label inside inner pocket. This label is named in ink handwriting to what appears to be a General and it is here that we
