There are a total of six chip-carved layers (five stacked on top of the base layer) and what I believe is its original glass (which I removed to photograph it) with a sturdily attached wired back for hanging

but it is about 28" long

Simple brown rag paper cover with an "A" for Abbott

but they're sweet little carved arms in any case

How much more fun to learn to count when one is counting crossed umbrellas and raised hands and flying butterflies and buzzing bees.
