Japanese Lacquer Box With Silver, Gold and Copper Raft and Flower Design plaited 75" diameter x 1/2" tallThis beautiful vintage Japanese lacquer box, circa 1920s 40s, features an elegant relief design in shades of silver, gold and copper depicting floating bridges or rafts, flower and leaves. Fine lines suggesting reeds extend gracefully across the lid and down the front side of the box.
