Haitian Landscape Painting with Animals, Signed ET WIndzor mosaic ) Of the three II found a trove of treasures at the estate sale of artist and gallerist Cynthia Numark Prelack, whose Iguana gallery on Boston's Newbury Street focused on the work of Haitian artists. From the many many Haitian paintings filling her brownstone, this is the one I brought home, as I fell in love with it immediately. I love the composition, organized around this river that runs from foreground to distant horizon, and which carves the landscape into three
