U.S. WWII 1943 SWI Machete Sharps Rifle Rough Wear Clothing CoNew Made Item: These machetes were made by Ontario Knife Company for Shreck Wholesale Industries in the 1970's. They are not World War Two issue machetes. Interestingly, S. W. I. machetes were inserted into M. H. Coles book U. S. Military Knives Bayonets & Machetes and at that point were "legitimized" as genuine WWII collectibles. Nevertheless, its a wonderful 18 blade measuring 23 in overall length and is an impressive and affordable machete with a
