Grappolo is 60% Sangiovese with the tiny DOCs unique local variety Gamay del Trasimeno (a local strain of Grenache). Juicy sour cherries, herbs and minerals with just a hint of chew, the Grenache adds just a bit of flesh to the wine. A perfect pairing for grilled pork chops and a summer salad.
