mostly wool from what I can tell

it' really perfect for a big bunch of wildflowers

but this one is especially good in its crudeness and weirdness

Grinding Done Here 1907 Drawn Postcard modernist pottery with a note that playersI not sure if this would be a cutler, or a tool maker, sharpening what looks like a knife but perhaps is some other tool on this grinding wheel but I sure love the image of him! And what a diligent, patient grinder he looks to be, and pretty great in his overalls and striped shirt with rolled up sleeves. I thought this one might make a nice gift for anyone doing a good job persevering through the daily grind, though all the better if literally so!
