Marching to its own beat with lifted aromatics of citrus peel, dried apricot, white spice, and a light herbal note. On the palate, bright acidity carries tropical fruit, lemon zest, and a gentle tannic grip through a clean, mineral finish. Slaps with crispy halloumi salad with citrus and a sweet miso dressing.
