Vintage Vide-Poche Shell von Vallauris danish_mid_century Most likely from MuranoA small shell shaped Vallauris bowl glazed in vibrant, high gloss pink. The organic silhouette and interplay of the glaze evoke Mid Century Riviera ceramics: playful, yet clear in its expression. Intended as a vide poche on a sideboard or an ashtray, it adds a splash of color without being loud. Minor signs of age, and a small chip in one place (see photos). Handy in size and pleasantly heavy due to the ceramic. Suits clean surfaces, wood, and stone.
