Made from 100% Finnish rye, the malt is smoked over alder wood in a barn that is over 100 years old, following an old Nordic tradition. This gives the whisky its characteristic, mildly smoky flavor, reminiscent of campfire smoke and smoked ham. This whisky is double distilled in pot stills and then matured in a combination of ex bourbon casks,
