Grapes from vineyards over 40 years old in Rioja Alta and Rioja Alavesa on clay calcareous soils. The grapes are harvested by hand and fermented in stainless steel tanks to ensure a long lasting maceration at a controlled temperature for the optimal extraction of tannins and all the
