Gardelin 2019 Perricone These two small regions inSivi Pinot better known as Pinot Gris or Grauburgunder is one of the white grape varieties whose fully ripe berries are not truly white. Instead, they shimmer in copper blue tones in the autumn. Accordingly, wines made from this variety, when fermented on the skins, take on the color of a robin "Gardelin" in Slovenian. Aleks ferments the Grauburgunder on the skins for four days before aging it for one year in 500 liter acacia wood barrels. It is then
