Baumkuchen ORIGINAL COTTBUSER Sommerbaum embedded in marzipan and coveredThis legendary Baumkuchen was baked for the first time in 1819 by Maria Groch. Since then, we have followed the original recipe and baked our original Cottbus Baumkuchen strictly according to the instructions. We then cover it with fondant, a delicate sugar glaze with a hint of finely grated lemon peel.
