Constructed of blackened and gilded bronze, the obverse consisting of a circular laurel leaf wreath, joined together at the top and bottom by ribbon, with a central raised letter R above a date of 1919, perforated with four sets of dual holes for sew on attachment, unmarked, measuring 58 mm in diameter, in near extremely fine
