Germany, Kriegsmarine. An Em/Nco’s Overseas Cap, Owner-Attributed Hold 1906 Jubilee of Carol I(Kriegsmarine Schiffchen). A well preserved Kriegsmarine EM NCOs overseas cap, constructed of dark blue wool. It is fully surrounded by a fold down side panel with gentle frontal sloping. Stitched onto the peak of the cap is an insignia consisting of a dark blue rayon backer bearing a machine embroidered gold bullion wire Wehrmacht eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, measuring 75 mm (w) x 35 mm (h). Pinned onto the left side of the panel is a
