Whole bunch pressed, naturally fermented, and aged for 10 months in used oak barrels, the 2024 vintage is what Banele calls splashya vibrant, fruit forward expression with energy and finesse. No fining, just a gentle filter and minimal sulfur at bottling. Pure, clean Chenin with a strong sense of place.
