Constructed of silvered zink, the obverse consisting of an oval oak leaf wreath, topped by a Heer style German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, surrounding a central Flak 88 with its barrel raised and extending beyond the edge of the wreath, the reverse with a barrel hinge and vertical pinback meeting a round wire catch, maker marked with the logo of Rudolf Souval, Vienna, measuring 43. 63 mm (w) x 59. 18 mm (h),
