Melon a Queue Rouge Arbois Pupillin White 2022 Domaine Bibich it delivers depthThis rare bottling from Jean Michel Petit comes from a small parcel of 30 year old Melon Queue Rouge vines grown on marl soils in Pupillin. Farmed organically and vinified with native yeasts, the wine undergoes direct pressing and cold fermentation in stainless steel, then finishes fermentation in bottle as a pt nat. It is not disgorged and contains zero added sulfur.
