Germany, Heer. An Administrative Officer’s Visor Cap Auction issued on the Twenty-third day(Heer Schmirmmtze). A Heer Administrative Officers visor cap, constructed of field grey wool. It features reinforced side walls, fully lined on the exterior with a dark green wool cap band. Both the top and bottom edges of the cap band are trimmed with dark green wool piping, while an additional band of identical piping trims the exterior edge of the crown. Stitched onto the peak of the cap is an insignia consisting of a dark green wool backer bearing
