Of superb quality manufacture, excellent quality translucent enamels on the cross and finely detailed center. Contained within exquisite custom made case, by French maker (case marked inside) Halley, 143 Galerie de Valois, Palais Royal. Circa 1860 1870. Slight enamel flaking to green wreath, nearly extremely fine and very attractive. Rare by this maker
