Constructed of iron and neusilber, consisting of a Cross Pattee with a blackened magnetic iron core within a ribbed neusilber frame, the obverse with three central oak leaves, the six oclock arm with a reinstitution date of 1939, the reverse with a barrel hinge and vertical pinback meeting a flat wire catch, unmarked, measuring 44. 22 mm (w) x 44. 19 mm (h), weighing
