Constructed of silvered tombak with enamels, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, consisting of a Cross Patte with ribbed and blue enameled joined through the quadrants by stylized rays, the obverse bearing a central blue enameled medallion overlaid by a circular oak leaf wreath, in turn bearing a German national eagle clutching a
