Constructed of silver with enamels, consisting of an eight pointed radiant star with obverse pebbling, with a central silver medallion bearing a stylized red enamelled Geneva Cross, within a ring of red enamels bearing a raised silver inscription of AMAN. JUST. PIET. FID. for AMANTIBUS JUSTITIAM, PIETATEM, FIDEM (TO THOSE WHO LOVE JUSTICE, PIETY, and FIDELITY), with a raised silver crown flanked by cherubs, in
