Constructed of off white paper with black ink, addressed to Philipp Schmid, indicating that he has been appointed as Director of the Reichsbank branch in Pirmasens, dates 1. December 1928, featuring an original handwritten signature of Reichsbank Director Hjalmar Schacht, later Minister of Economics in the Third Reich, measuring 210 mm (w) x 296 mm (h), with only minor material fatigue evident, in overall near
