This note is neither but it is somewhere in between. Here are the "issues" the corners are not as needle sharp as I'd typically like for an Unc and there is a small internal bend at the lower right corner (face viewing). On the positive the note has Gem centering and the paper is nearly press perfect in terms of crisp, brightness and contrast. Real world AU 50 and CU
