Sammay Blanc 2023 Somlo with floral and herbaceous notesA textural, seaside inspired Catalan white made with native varieties from parcels rooted in clay and limestone. Fermented with native yeasts and aged on the lees for nearly a year in stainless steel and fiberglass, this is a no SO, skin contact wine that brings a subtle grip and salinity without sacrificing freshness. It's Oriol's entry level white, but still speaks clearly of Alella's granite rich soils and Mediterranean influence.
