Imanishi Wetstone 1000/4000 Grand Forest Fitted with an oval woodenThis Imanishi ceramic stone is a "two in one" whetstone. One side has a most useful #1000 medium grit abrasive for shaping the cutting edge, while the other side has a #4000 fine grit abrasive for polishing and honing the cutting edge. The #4000 grit side is also very useful for the occasional 'touch up' during long working sessions in the kitchen. This Special Combination Whetstone does not need to be soaked in water before sharpening. Either side of
